HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We charge a standard shipping fee of R65.00 per order across SA. We also have a free collection option available in Fourways, Johannesburg. Collection days and times will be confirmed once the order has been placed and funds have cleared our account.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship across South Africa and process international orders upon request. For a quote on international orders, please email email@example.com
WHEN WILL MY PARCEL BE DISPATCHED?
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day. Depending on the destination, deliveries within South Africa may take between 1 and 5 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Depending on the destination, orders may take between 1-5 working days. Kindly check you have entered the correct delivery address. We cannot be held liable for an incorrect shipping address entered into our system. Please ensure you are either at home during delivery hours or that you use your work address.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
Our couriers' deliver during business hours (9am-5pm), Monday to Friday. If you need something sent urgently or on a weekend/public holiday, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to assist you.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY MATS I CAN ORDER ONLINE?
Depending on your desired quantity, there may be certain shipping restrictions. For large quantities (10+) and wholesale orders, please contact us on email@example.com
CAN YOU SHIP TO MY PO BOX?
We can only ship to a street/business address.
I’VE PLACED AN ORDER, NOW WHAT?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye out for it.
WHAT DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS IN?
We are committed to caring for our planet and preserving its natural resourses. Although we try to use minimal packaging, we need to protect our products so that they arrive at your door clean and undamaged. When you receive your order, please don’t throw away the packaging, rather recycle it so that it can be used again.
CAN I COLLECT MY PRODUCT/S MYSELF?
Yes, we do offer a collection point in Fourways, Johannesburg. Gauteng customers are able to select this free option at checkout. Collection days and times will apply.
