RETURNS & REFUNDS

We work hard to ensure our products are of superior quality and that you will be satisfied with them. However, in general, you may return a product and qualify for a full refund, provided that:

  • you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product;
  • the product is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
  • the goods are in the original packaging, which must be undamaged.

Please note, shipping and handling charges are not refundable; including return shipment which will be at your expense (unless the return is as a result of our error).

Returns will attract a 10% handling fee.

Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.

Please note that any product exchanges are treated as a new order and are thus subject to standard delivery times and costs.

QUALITY WARRANTY

We do our best to ensure that every Earth Warrior™ product is high quality and without defects. All products carry a 60-day quality warranty. You may report any defects within 60 days of purchasing the product by emailing hello@earthwarrior.co.za. Please note that any warranty provided does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence, failure to use the product as specified or in any reasonable manner.

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. 

DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can notify us by emailing hello@earthwarrior.co.za. Please also include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, replace the product and dispatch it within 7 working days or refund you the purchase price of the product. Replacement products are subject to our stock availability.

Kindly note that goods are only classified as damaged if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged during opening and/or from wear and usage cannot be considered damaged.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

The provision of goods and services by Earth Warrior™ is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Earth Warrior™ will contact you with options.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

An order can be cancelled by the customer if payment has not been made for the order. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been collected by our courier. Cancellation of orders at any time by the client will attract a 10% administrative charge.

Earth Warrior™ reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the provider’s standards. Should the Earth Warrior™ exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions. If you have elected to pay via electronic funds transfer (EFT) we reserve the right to cancel your order 24 hours after you have placed it should you not provide adequate proof of payment.

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders within SA are dispatched via The Courier Guy and/or Fastway. Delayed delivery is not grounds for a return or refund. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
